Your crew learns and runs a visible system to pick the right work, commit to it out loud, and finish it together.
Six live, 90‑minute Zoom sessions with your crew.
Two short teaching videos before each session (15–20 minutes).
Your actual projects run through the Method during the six weeks.
Support for implementing the rhythm between sessions (templates / boards).
Weekly live Q&A sessions, 1 hr and optional, to help tackle the details.
Each cohort is limited to 8 ranches to ensure each operation gets hands-on support.
